Chapter 2.2: Fast Forward

Mina has been thinking a lot lately while working hard in her little garden. She just didn't know about her feelings anymore. I just can't blame her, since a lot has happened in these couple of days. Her mind was full of those two guys, Winston and Gavin...well...two?

Actually the only thing she could think about was the kiss with Gavin. She never felt something like that before. Is that what they call 'love'? The days that followed she was only smiling and sighting. So actually something in her knew what she wanted, but she herself had to find out.

Then one day when she was just realising that she hadn't heard from Winston in quite a while. But frankly she didn't care too much, because that day Gavin showed up again :)

 "Gavin! Am I glad to see you!"

Gavin blushed as he saw that one woman who had stolen his hart from the moment he saw her. It was kinda an awkward moment though.

"heyy.. uhm ... I wanted tot talk to you, That kiss.. I just ..."

Mina just felt it in her bones: He is the one.

"I know"

They spent the whole day together, clearing things up. Their love evolved so quikly that it was like they were together for years. If things would go like this for all the generations...this story would get boring soon...

 "I know it is soon, but I already love you so much Mina. I'd do everything for you"

 "And what's better than dating your best friend!?"

"I hope we will still come sitting here together when we are old and ugly"

                                    Gavin stayed with Mina that night and he never leaved...

                                      (Too bad his breakfast-making skills aren't so great )

Chapter 2.1 : Love, friendship (and more?)

After all the hard work of Mina, she deserved a fun night out. She went to the local nightclub, all alone though, since she didn't know a lot of people. But a nightclub is a very good place to meet new people, and maybe even some fine husband-material. 

Mina danced and enjoyed herself perfectly fine. She didn't noticed the guy staring at her from a table. He watched her dancing with a big smile on his face, until he finally asked her to come sit with him. He was a very handsome broad-shouldered man with blonde hair and beautiful green eyes. His name was Winston and they talked for three hours! He was very charming and Mina just fell for him instantly. As they chatted Mina learned that he is very self-assured. What a suprise! Check that look he gives Mina!

But everything has its ending, and so had this meeting. They changed phone numbers and Mina went home, dreaming of her prince charming.

The next day Mina went to the park, the place she loves to hang out. She comes there just to sit around and to enjoy the environment, to smeel the essences of nature.
When she went to her favorite bench, she discovered someone else sitting there. A brown-haired guy wearing plain jeand and a lumber blouse. 

She decided to sit with him and asked what brought him to the park. She learned that he also loved the outdoors! They had great conversations about their common interest and they really got along very well.

 The guy, whos name was Gavin, actually fell for her, while Mina's head was still filled with handsome Winston. Look at him! If that isn't love at first sight...

 As they chatted some more she also learned that Gavin was a geek. Well that is not that attractive, but Mina thought it was kinda adorable. 

 They became best friends that day already and decided to hang out more, in the park ofcourse.

 So adorable <3

But then al of a sudden Mina kissed Gavin! She herself didn't quite know where that came from, since she really liked Winston. Gavin obviously didn't expect it either. Just that face...
Mina went home to think this two days all over ...

Chapter 1: Work work work

The first couple of days were exhausting for Mina. All she did was gardening, fishing, collecting and selling. But Mina doesn't mind. She can stay outside all day, something she just loves and not to be forgotten; She was able to buy a stove! Only a counter and Mina can finally make proper meals instead of the cornflakes and yoghurts on what she lives on now.

Chatting with the neighbours. Gosh That girl scared me so much! Her eyes came out of nowhere through the hedge. Mina didn't seem to be impressed though. haha

Yeah I forgot she was clumsy. She just broke a bowl. Oh well, less dishes tot do :)

Yaaayy, the new stove :) So happy. 

The story of Mina Blackburn

Hello again,

I've decided to create a story around Mina Blackburn to give her a little more personality. Hope you'll enjoy :)

Before we start the story of the Blackburn Legacy, let me tell you a short story about the one who started this legacy; Mina Blackburn.

When Mina was a baby she was left behind by her parents deep in the woods near a place called Willow Creek. Somehow she managed to stay alive. Nowadays nobody knows, including Mina herself, who or what had taken care of Mina until she reached childhood. As a child she did a wonderful job taking care for her little self. Everything went fine and she was really happy living in the peaceful environment of the woods. But the older she got, the more she started to feel alone. Something was missing…

When she became a teen she started to discover new places and one day she discovered Willow Creek. That was the day everything changed. She met other girls of her age who had parents, siblings, a house… The more she wandered around in the lively streets of Willow Creek, the less she longed back to the peaceful silent woods. She started to search her family as she learned that also she must have had family somehow. But she never found them and when she became a young adult, Mina gave up.

Now Mina stopped searching for her family and decided to make her family. She will take care of her family way more better than her one ever did.

She will eventually build a warm house for her family and be able to live a normal live as a citizen of Willow Creek.

But for now she has to do it like she used to. She will make money with her botanic and collector skills, which she will have to improve to earn a proper living.

At this point the Blackburn Legacy starts….

Introducing Mina

Hello everybody,
(Please do not mind my English, I'm Dutch)

I'm Dragonish and I'm about to start the legacy challenge. Yay! I'm so excited. 
I would like to introduce my lovely founder: Mina Blackburn

I just LOVE her looks; the combination of the black hair and those bright blue eyes <3
